When your board is ready to ship, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking details. Once your board is on its way, you’ll be able to use this UPS tracking ID number to monitor your board’s progress in transit.
Once your board has shipped, we can no longer change the shipping address.
Our boards require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure that you, or someone you trust, is present to sign for your parcel at the delivery address.
Business address: Monday through Friday, 8
Residential address: Tuesday through Friday, ; Saturday,
Failed Delivery Attempt
If, you or someone you trust, is not present to sign for your board upon delivery, UPS will leave a failed delivery attempt card for you. At this stage you will have two options:
Option 1: Do nothing. UPS will attempt delivery the next day. UPS will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the board to Velox.
Option 2: Contact UPS immediately. The door tag will have UPS's contact details. Please contact UPS to locate where the board is being held. You will be able to pick up the board from the UPS location before the next delivery attempt. You will need the door tag and a government issued ID to pick up the parcel from the UPS location.
